"Welcome, Gentleman, to Aperture Science. Astronauts, war heros, olympians, you're here because we want the best. and you are it." -Cave Johnson
I've been working on an Aperture RP for the last week or two and I wanted to release it into the public because it's good and damn ready.[Not really, just wanted to quote Cave]
RULES
"I like your style, you make up your own rules just like me"-Cave Johnson.
That's not the case here, Cave. There's a couple of rules.
1.)No flooding the enrichment center, with a deadly neurotoxin.
2.)No lemon-caused open flames.
3.)No spamming
4.)No spamming
5.)No spamming
6.)Please, don't be a Lab-boy egghead and not RP correctly.
7.)No spitting inside of the Enrichment Spheres.
8.)No waiting in the waiting room for more than 20 minutes.
Cave: Congratulations! The simple fact that you're standing here listening to me means you've made a glorious contribution to nothing. As founder and CEO of Aperture Science, I thank you for your participation and hope we can count on you for another round of role playing We're not gonna release this server into the wild until it's good and damn ready, so as long as you keep yourself in top role-playing form form, there'll always be  punch-packets waiting for you. Say goodbye Caroline.
Caroline: Goodbye Caroline
Cave: [Chuckling] She is a gem.

We've made alot of progress!

Sounds neat!

Here are some tips:

Try to make the story as unique as possible. A lot of us have already played the games and aren't particularly amused by reused dialogue/plot elements as we are unique ones. Perhaps some Blockheads broke into Aperture to steal their technology or something. Just an idea.

Your logo is a little bit out of proportion. It looks like you were trying to copy some pixel art or something - I could be wrong. As plates are rectangular, that'll happen. You might be able to fix the problem by using stacks of 2 1x1s as your base "pixel."

If you are planning on including some test chambers, you can make a pretty slick setup really fast with just some default wall bricks and one or two printplate add-ons. The Portal Gun mod isn't perfect, so make sure to think big when designing the map (you don't want anyone accidentally touching a random portal).

In regards to the second image, try limiting the amount of bricks you include in the walls; they're unnecessary. You could probably make a kickin' one with some 1x4x2s. Oh, and you wrote "innovators" wrong. No biggie! Simple mistake. Happens all the time. :p

Maybe try messing with the light a little? I think your whites could be a bit brighter - you know, really make 'em pop.

Ooh, and maybe add some officey kinda' stuff. Perhaps some vents to explore.

Additionally, instead of attaching one image to one post as you've been doing, you can upload your images to an an image hosting website such as imgur and include multiple images in a single post. To do this (with imgur), go to imgur, select "upload images" at the top of the screen, follow the instructions, and when the images are done, copy the text in the "BBCode (message boards & forums)" box and paste it into your post. You can have as many as you want!

Keep up the good work, Servo.
We're looking forward to see what you can create. <3
