Author Topic: tomorrow, oneplus one invites are being given away for FREE  (Read 1766 times)

You never had to pay to be invited. Existing OnePlus One owners can send out as many invites to people as they want for free. This is just a way to get them without knowing someone else who has a OnePlus One.

I'm just saying that the title of this topic is too obvious

This.

Only 300? I could have waited and bought that instead of the old S3. :(

why is everyone acting as if its some luxury class phone. its just a cheap Chinese phone that has a poor company backing it. too poor for ads and too poor for manufacturing mass amounts of their product. I wouldn't trust them with making my phone

IK the build quality isn't everything you're talking about here, but it is part of it, I think. And the build quality of the Oneplus One is very good...

yeah build quality. if its as good as everyone makes it sound, why didn't they put more effort into advertising it and mass producing it. it would sell like hotcakes, especially for that price. something is fishy here

Because the company didn't exactly have the funds for that...? The phone is essentially a slightly redesigned Oppo Find 7 or something similar. The company just started, and it's tied to Oppo. They're building this, and they can't afford to mass produce it, and advertising costs money too.

Also, if you don't believe me on the quality of the phone, watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrgGHAab9D8

whatever. if this was pulled off smarter youd be rolling in the dough. big specs to make pseudo-tech nerds wet their pants? all for an efficient price? what a steal. it would be hurting the competition all around
