Author Topic: "Equal pay for equal work" not enough, now "equal pay for equivalent work"  (Read 3464 times)

Not meaning to undermine this point
Its quite alright, you didn't really undermine anything  :cookieMonster:

This is exactly why feminists think the whole "women are paid %% less than men" thing is. They choose the easier positions, not our fault. :v

forget their stuff, they get paid by dudes subduing them and fondling their tits rapidly while squeezing their asscheeks
that's their paying for work

you do realize that maxx is now the forums most successful troll. you have all fallen for his bait.

yes, now he looks like an even bigger idiot, he sure got us

wasn't there another female protest a while ago where they just flashed their tits constantly in the streets expecting equality

this is just stupid. i would sit here ranting about how stripping for equality and saying men always get the upper hand is just loving stupid, but i just sorta explained it in that sentence.

yes, now he looks like an even bigger idiot, he sure got us

lol gg

Businesses under unions don't choose what they pay thier workers, the union does. Same goes for pay raises. Its all fixed. It was supposed to ensure fair pay rates for workers because buisness owners had too much power over the workers. However at this point, unions are just as bad as buisness owners.

I work for a union free company and my first raise was near $2. Not bad starting at minimum.

ITT: People posting about how Maxx still doesn't make sense.
Great job falling for his bait, folks. You could have just said nothing and he wouldn't be able to continue building his ego.

But on the subject matter, this is really stupid. The business owner should decide how to pay his people, and if he is paying unfairly, they should just quit, not ask for liberally spread paychecks.

But women are special and oppressed! They need to be handled with kid gloves and treated better than men!

ahahaha this made my day

Modern Unions are for whiny ass free trade hating bitches. You're right its not about fighting capitalistic cronyism anymore. Its about squeezing as much money possible out of any business owner using "legal" means.

Haven't you read The Jungle?
That's what happens when we don't let unions do absolutely anything they want.

Have you even talked to him before? I've been in numerous skype calls with him and encountered him away from the forums and away from all forum personas. He is seriously that handicapped.
