Level 5 sounds like the easiest

but not really
sure you automatically get your money for showing up but there are catches to it

half the write up reasons (called bottom box) make you automatically level down (the main problem)
more than 3 of the non bottom box referrals (called top box) in 10 days you level down (not a problem for me)
referrals are easier to get (another problem)
man-handling makes you level down (not really a problem for me)

oh yeah i forgot to explain

the top boxes are the more minor offenses like swearing, disturbing the learning environment, talking about drugs/seks/gangs
the bottom boxes are stuff like encouraging violence, interfering with discipline, physical aggression, destruction of property
the only bottom box that is a problem for me is contraband, cause i tend to leave stuff in my pockets
