School is Piling tons of important stuff on me at once (rant/vent thread ahead)

Okay so Its English class, first period of the day and my Teacher decides to literally dump out 5 DIFFERENT HUGE ASSIGNMENTS that were required to do that are going to be due from between a week from now to 2 months away

they want us to do 2 presentations, 2 essays and a huge thing of basically taking notes on everything in this book were going to read.

Like I understand they have to do all this but WHY THE forget DUMP IT ALL ON US AT ONCE? its like they're TRYING to stress us out as much as they possibly can. and this is all for just one class, I still have ANOTHER essay I have to do in another class.
oh yeah and now in my other class they're having us do a thing for the end of the 2nd unit before we even FINISHED THE FIRST UNIT FINAL ASSIGNMENT

I'm just so loving stressed out about this right now and just needed to vent for a little since this is just really ruining my day for me.

It kinda sounds like she just gave you the assignment scheduled for the next 2 months in advance. at the beginning of the year, my teacher told us every major assignment that was going to be due over the course of the year. We do about one essay every two weeks.

Just pace yourself and go through them one-by-one. 5 assignments over two months is less than one assignment a week.

Yeah I know, its just I wish they would've said it on a day that they werent already giving us another huge assignment that they're making due in about a week.
Like if they gave it on another day i'd be fine, but they stacked it up on top of other stuff so it just feels like so much more we have to do.

5 assignments over 2 months is nothing, i often have to do 5 in like 1-2 weeks along with tests + regular homework
i'd start working on them right now so you won't have to do anything for like 1 month and a half

Teachers can be insane with assignments. My chemistry teacher assigned us a formal lab report Monday, due today, before we even do the lab. We have to write out the exact procedure down to the last measurement, calculation, and amount of time for each part, and then follow that. I doubt many people even did it

also doesn't really help that they don't seem to really help us get started at all
like 4 of these assignment thigns requires us to read a book, but they don't tell us where to get the book from

and considering the fact the book I have sounds obscure as forget I have no idea how the hell im going to find it.

also im not talking about small assgnments, these are all assignments that are worth like 10-30% of my final grade
