My sister had it earlier this week, so yes, it's contagious.

i stayed home monday tho. also theres no tissues to i have to use paper towels at the bathroom but thats the only problem i have

Stay home
If your mom doesn't let you then just go to the nurse and let them see it. They have to send you home if you have a fever (they do at my school at least).

Go to school. Missing a day of school sucks because of all the catching up you have to do. Spread your hemorrhagic fever!
