Not true. The eye don't see in "FPS", light is brought through the eye. Some people can see as high as 1000FPS even if they may not recognize anything. Subconsciously they were able to pick out some stuff that was flashed to them.

There's only one guy in my subscriptions who actually uploads at anything above 30 FPS and even at 50 FPS his gameplay content looks infinitely superior to 30 FPS alternatives
