BT Homehub sucks. You have to make sure all 5 lights are on and the router's firewall is off.

Try
Any / 28000-28000 / Your PC's IP / Any / 28000

To get your computer's IP, go to Start->Run and type in ipconfig /all

It should be the IP Address under Local Area Connection.
