As well as dxdiag, you have a few other options:

1) Download GPU-Z.

1) Go to Administrative Tools
2) Open "Computer Management"
3) Go through Device Manager"

1) In the Start Menu, got to "Accessories" -> "System Tools" -> "System Information"
