Sorry for another post but apparently there is no dedicated file in my blockland installation? And I tried looking in blockland's properties and I cannot find launch options.

Well apparently those ips were correct as i can now host dedicated servers with minimal lag. I made a .bat file which launches blockland with that -dedicated argument.
