As of the recent patch if you re-import your save file it'll fix any issues with Lilith and records on the post-it notes, but it'll also erase any progress you've made in Afterbirth so far

I had to do this, but it was worth it because I only lost about 2-3 hours of afterbirth stuff.

If it was, it doesn't work with Azazel.

I also got the mind in that run, and in the previous run I got the soul.

Also brimstone works with monstros lung and it forgets stuff up.
