that feel when you have to go out of your way to get the bible kill achievement because there's always a better spacebar item and the bible isn't worth 15 cents

I'd say go for the item rooms and hope you get some half-decent items, then just skip them on later floors in favor of going straight for the boss, stick with Yum Heart too even if you find a really great item

The rest of it's just conserving as much health as possible and getting lucky with heart/battery drops I guess

I'd rank the D10 pretty low on the use item list but if you've got nothing else it's nice on later levels when there are lots of annoying enemies

It gets pretty useless passed the Womb though

Edit: If that's a "Cursed" run stick with the Yum Heart like I said
