No, the reason she got arrested was because she got drunk and threw bricks at her neighbor's house.

Now she is arrested for vandalism on a neighbors house, Underage drinking, and Public Disturbance. Her sentence is 5-7 weeks of community service (yet its not decided yet). My parents are angry as stuff and tell her not to come back to the house.
