Has anyone noticed this about the forums?

This is stupid and likely has no reason to be questioned, but has anyone noticed that some of the diamonds on the left of the main forum dissapear? Does that mean something, or is it just how it loaded?

With the way he described it I got that the diamonds don't appear at all.
No blue diamond no grey diamond.
It has happened to me a few times

I have never once seen this happen. But yeah, most likely its just a loading error.
