So, some time ago, (idk when) I got a bad virus that somehow removed all traces of me ever having a firewall. I followed microsoft's instructions on how to reinstall it, but want to know the last part that inexplicably wont work? Executing the firewall.
I have no clue what to do, and I need that firewall to host a proper server via port forwarding.
