Every time I press the button "Launch Game>>" button, it goes down for about 10 seconds, then it comes back up. what is wrong?

There don't seem to be any issues with anything but the GUI. Re-download the installer, I have a feeling yours got a little corrupted.

it depends... are you trying to start a server online or by yourself if you are trying online do you have your ports forwarded? if not search how to forward your ports on here....
