Alright I think my previous ways of responding to you where too agressive so let me try a more calm approach.
Ok, so you sort of fixed everything up, but there is still things wrong.
1. You completely ruined the chat gui, you should of used this design:
The chat bubble is completely unnecessary, so are all the icons up there.
The design I showed you is much cleaner overall.
2. You are detailing the buttons way too much, and overall the whole gui looks too overly detailed.
Try to stay away from gradients and gloss, and aim for Flat and simplistic, try to keep icons to a minimal
and Replace the Infomaniac Jr. Chalkboard with just a window with a simple text.
3. News section is redundant, you should allow simply direct access to the menus and not try to add things.
Last but not least.
5. Stop using the RTB name, as stated multiple times before by other users, try to come up with something original, that doesn't have your name in it, so people don't tell you that your showing ego too much.
