Mustache (26811) - Spamming clients to get the server to the top of the list

I was looking servers with most players and i saw Left 4 dead hunters alien RP. Had about 30 people when i joined. Figuring it would be a good server because of all the people on. When i spawn, i see a whole bunch of people named "Mustache" The same person. He had been logging on repeatedly just so the server (which was literally some gray baseplates and nothing else) would get to the top of the server list in the "players" category. Im not sure if you guys do this but im pretty sure at least 80% of everyone looks for servers with the most players on it, so after the long load, and spawning in a stuffty server is kind of a let down.

I said "Honestly i can see dramas popping up about this" to him... in which he replied

It's only grounds for a revoke if you fake the number of clients you have in the server list. He actually does have 18 clients there; they're just not all people other than him.

I joined and thought it was simply a glitch with the many Mustaches.
Until I saw this.

I've been on this guy's godawful server. He really doesn't give a damn about anything or anyone, just as long has his server is on top of the list.
