Author Topic: What is your stance on abortion? (Abortion discussion)  (Read 42544 times)

My mom was in a family of 11, my dad was in a family of 4, and i'm in a family of six, so I guess I just find it unusual for there to be people out there who would give up the opportunity of being a mother.

read some of these replies to my dad; at first he thought you guys were just fishing for a response, but after i convinced him you were serious he responded with a faint, "we can only pray for them."
well if your dad said it then I guess we're all wrong. goodnight everyone

"read them to my dad" is that supposed to mean something? congratulations, you read your side of the story to a person that loves you already and probably doesn't have the full story and full side of arguments, because I doubt you read him every page.

In other sense, I think it's like after twenty weeks the fetus can feel stimuli and apparently pain. That's about a bit past half-way in, and I wager most people abort before then. Most, not all.

...so?
who cares what your dad has to say at all? it isn't relevant to the discussion besides saying "well at least my DAD agrees with me!"

"Look dad! These people on the computer are DISAGREEING with me! How could they do such a thing????"

only so much stupidity one can withstand

"oh no at least my dad agrees with me those frickin' meanies on the internet ;((, it's TOTALLY because they're all SO STUPID for not sharing my opinion"

only so much stupidity one can withstand

So let me get this straight, out of everyone here, we're all stupid, and you're the only one that's right?
Did dad tell you that too?

can i bring up the multiple times an abortion clinic was bombed or something by a christian extremist?
No body like extremists of any group. One could argue that since Atheism is a major part of communism, therefore all atheists are starfishs according to this list:

Does this mean all atheists evil communists? No. Are all muslims terrorists? No. Are all jews greedy bankers? Maybe. Are all Christians intolerant conversatives? Nope.
