I personally think MoR is bluffing, and even if he isn't, his "hacks" are pretty low level on the scale of cyber-crime. He's a script-kiddie, likely with ADD and anxiety, and not much else.
This is the most important thing he'll do with his life, outside of work at McDonalds and eventually getting fired for stealing fries.
