And of course, as this is the Internet, he's not intelligent enough to understand that there are real-life consequences for all people involved in any incident.

He's a juvenile, and his/her parents probably should have done corporal punishment when the script-kiddie was a child.

He doesn't want accounts.

He just gets entertainment from using simple scripts on the website. Subconsciously or consciously for him, he thinks it's all a game and he's close to the final level. I don't think he's even going to use the passwords if he manages to rip them, outside of posting them on pastebin.

He might also get hard watching websites crash. Probably will cum once he's "defaced" these forums.
