Author Topic: How much effort did you put into your avatar?  (Read 3582 times)

I've noticed that some people's avatars are made by the user from scratch while others are taken from the internet or someone made it for them. I wanted to see how our avatars vary in how much effort we put into them.

Example: My avatar wasn't drawn by me, but the transparent background and downscaling was done entirely by me.

2 effort was put into this

With gusto was applied.

I did a bit of editing on MS Word. :P

I made this avatar, and basically all the avatars I use.

This one is my favorite but I haven't used it for quite some time.
I consider a little too violent

I used a bit of Lightshot to crop the original image, and then Infranview to resize it, but otherwise not much.

Found this in my old avatars folder. Also considered a tad violent

He's not holding the gun right

Literally none. (Unless you count putting it on as effort.)

An old friend made it for me back in this game community I used to frequent.

Good memories, eh?

took a picture of my bl dude, animated 18 frames of triangle rotating and floating as well as 6 * 3 frames of rainbow visor sliding, in photoshop. i'd say it was a fair bit of effort.
