A old virus i had called Astromenda has resurfaced on my computer and i can't remember how to remove it.

Here is a picture of the kind of stuff it does.

I think it is allowing other viruses into my system as well.

Combofix, malwarebytes, and spybot...

Do it now.

Do the typical, malware bytes and delete everything related to it.

Go to the Control Panel, go to "Uninstall a program," and uninstall Astromenda.
It may have a different name like "Offers[something]" or "Ad[something]"
And be sure to use Malware Bytes to check for other viruses

I unistalled astromenda a while ago and could you link me to malware bytes because the viruses i got form astromenda and itself are effecting my google search results.

why would you use combofix for silly adware
thats a bit overboard

For some reason when I uninstalled hamachi this stopped happening to me. May be a coincidence I don't know.

not even halfway through and i already have 25 detected items.

Adware can be insidious.

I've had some pretty bad adware/malware before. Better to be safe than sorry.

Use a good adware removal tool, like malwarebytes or superantispyware. If that doesn't work, remove the program in the "uninstall or modify a program" section in the control panel, or search for any unusual folders in The Program Files directory.
