Admin Check not working?

So basically what is happening is, when your connecting it says Connected as Super admin. But you are not able to do any pref's without putting in a admin/super admin pass. and there is no player list. Anyone know why this is? It may be a addon, but I could use some help finding which addon it is.

This was occuring on my CBMHost server a while back. Mango told me to contact cowboy about it; apparently it's a glitch. The problem I think fixed itself after a while (unless cowboy did something)
