How to make bots do nothing? (EVENTS)

I need to make bots sit still, and not use the hammer, wrench, paint can, etc. with events

I used OnBotSpawn > Bot > Animations > Off (I'm doing this off the top of my head, so I forget if it's actually animations) and they DO sit still, but use the tools. Is there a way to disable this?
