Author Topic: do coats bother anyone else's neck  (Read 1268 times)

for some reason whenever i wear my coat my neck stings after a while
its wool and its a zeroxposur coat
and im not kidding this stuff is husky, i can wear nothing under it and i'd still be warm
so does this happen to anyone else/does anyone know how i can fix this?

maybe its rubbing up against your skin and irritating it, that can happen with some fabrics

are you allergic to coats

could be the dye they used?

My coat is a bit of a ruff material, so it scratches my neck.

Possibly stupid question, but is it the label in the coat?
It might just be because of the wool too, since wool can be itchy on bare skin. And you can get wool of different quality that's not always scratchy, so this might be more scratchy than the normal wool items you wear.

wear a tuttleneck under it

turtleneck wouldn't help much since it's a bit near the chin, further than what the turtleneck/tutleneck can reach
it's the front of my neck btw, not the tag

wool is an itchy fabric
