okay I'm just gonna say that most the 'admin application' makes no sense as to why you would want to know and is easily fake-able as is with all apps, but this one even more, and I'll explain why in addition to a thing or two:
I like the fact you don't have to write why you want to be admin, there's really only two goals; power and keeping the server clean while playing it. unless I'm blind to some other thing by gaining admin.
It's obvious why a BLID is required, IGN sure
Age, well some hosts want more mature admins, or older admins if I may put it that way, so I can't argue with that
One random fact; I don't see why this is needed. I mean it doesn't really make sense, doesn't really tell you as the host anything either.
Place of living; I can only see you needing that to tell how far away someone is because of things like lag, etc, but it's still a bit eehh
Gender; do you deny someone if they're one gender or the other or what are you trying to say here
Having Steam, useful way of contact between admins if they don't get on the forums much, so that's normally a plus but not required
Hobby: I really don't understand this. Unless, like, if someone's into something you don't like you deny them?
Internet reliability: obviously he wants admins that aren't constantly lagging, unable to effectively keep the peace in the server, but most should be fine here
How long have you played?: I would sort of agree with this one in the case of you don't want a newer MM player as an admin, but it's not like MM is limited to your server
Personal opinion of staff: doesn't seem like something to throw in an admin application; if you want admin here, obviously you would like the admin team, or just lie to abuse it anyways
Native Language: I don't really think this needs to be here, because if they can't speak or write in English very well then it'd be obvious but I'm not going to pick at this
Reading the rules: this is a given in ANY server, even moreso for admins, but I personally think rules < common sense
Describe yourself in 3 words: why? does it change the chances of someone getting admin if you do or don't like how they describe themselves?
Computer specs; again, why? does their computer specs indirectly tell you how wealthy they are and affects their chance of admin? seriously. if they can run blockland why does it matter?
In no way am I trying to bash you, I'm simply giving my input on the 'guidelines' you've made for your admin app. Not complaining here either, but I think some of this is just ridiculous. That also went on a lot longer than I thought it would.
