You might have a virus on your computer. Try doing a scan.

Ok, full scan i guess would be best right?

Yeah, full scan is the best. It'll take a while though.

Sometimes the ad services that websites use get hacked and distribute malware instead of ads. Might just be the same hacker or something, I don't know.

Either way, do a full scan with malwarebytes, as you should whenever weird stuff happens on your computer.

wld avast work too

Is it Avast Free or Premium?

Recently Avast has jumped on the Bandwagon that AVG, and Norton ride on with its "Free" version.

Giving False alarms and the putting ads in your desktop to buy their products unless you buy it.

If not:

Just get Roguekiller, works better than Mbam.

If you do switch anti virus I recommend Avira.

avast free version. ill try the url out on virustotal next time it comes up, and ill screencap it... the ip starts with 54 if i remember

ok but does anyone else have an idea what this could be? maybe a pre-existing virus? btw i dont think ive seen it before avast 2015 came out, maybe i have though. i havent ran a full scan in a while, but honestly i hope it finds something because if it doesnt im just going to have the thought of something that still might be there and that hasnt got removed.

Use Roguekiller, or Malwarebytes, avast only takes care of Normal viruses and low level malware, Malware can still get through and Spyware also, I recommend you get avira, again, as Avast probably let one slip in on purpose so you can give them money.
