Author Topic: I smoked tree leaves on wednesday  (Read 12990 times)

not a track meet just cross country practice and how do I fix my lungs or whatever

You can't exactly just 'fix' them. Sounds like a problem with your throat more so anyway. If your lungs are actually affected I don't think you'll be able to know, but if there are any symptoms they'll probably show up half-way through your running practice. Good job.

For the throat, it sounds like irritation, which isn't surprising. The mucus I think is a response to the irritation. Drink a lot of fluids, try swallowing some honey, and be good to it. No inflammatory foods, don't drink anything that's too hot.

im pretty sure its common sense that a ton if not all leaves create a toxic smoke when burnt. youre lucky the leaves werent poisonous.

my room has mold in the walls
what do you live in
a loving dumpster, or a fox hole

"13 year old sets fire to house, resulting in thousands of dollars in property damage - forum posts in his browsing history suggest that he was trying to smoke the mold in his walls"

why dont you ask your straight friend

is op the one who thought he was going to get in big trouble for making a smoke weed erry day joke to his friend?

op didn't you take health class and learn that smoking was dangerous?

It's generally bad practice to just smoke random stuff off plants. I don't know anything about Marijuana but I know it's prepared before it's smoked lol. Smoking a leaf with mold on it can lead to pretty bad pulmonary defects, not to mention whatever dirt, grime, pesticide, bug eggs, other nasty stuff could be on the leaf that you're inhaling along with it.

Is this your first time smoking? First times are always painful, least was for me.

Did you use a filter?

Smoking does nothing but irritate the lungs and cause fatal, irreversible illnesses, don't smoke.

OP, I don't think you should do anything without consulting someone. You don't seem to have good reasoning skills. Just do what Rally said and you should be fine in a few days. There really isn't much you can do to get an instant cure.

Doorman is right, medical science isn't advanced enough to do anything to "fix" injuries like this. By seeing a professional you will most likely be told to take paracetamol for pain, get rest and wait it out
