german cause i speak it B)

Dothraki

English because I can understand it.

More-so if it's an Irish or Scottish accent cause hot diggidy damn girl.

You seem to have German associated with constant shouting. When spoken in a normal tone of voice you'll be amazed.
Same thing with Russian, it sounds gruff when males speak but when girls speak, HOLY stuff
there's a german exchange student in 2 of my classes and even when she speaks it it still sounds p aggressive
That's just a stereotype. Any language sounds angry when you yell it
no stuff? my point was that it sounds aggressive to me even in a normal tone

So you've formed an opinion based around a single person?

Is there an option for english with a german accent?

are you just doing this to fuel your russophilia
