What I don't understand is that he banned CCA for the same reason and he's still here, same with Muslim and his alt named India (iirc that was him)
Same with Computermix, a person that has made multiple exploits that destroy servers and he's still here. There has to be something more behind this

Because unlike everyone else who's been banned multiple times and is still here, Zapk actually contributed to things like making helpful and amazing scripts (or even his recent tango script), and the rising lava gamemode. So far everyone else has just been nothing but a really huge nuisance (one of them is still trying to be one)

You gotta take both into consideration

In this case, there are 2 possibilities
1. Zapk was just going through a "phase" and has a low chance of committing any other revoke-worthy acts; ban justified due to insufficient data to prove innocence after being previously guilty
2. Zapk hasn't changed and is a high risk individual; ban justified

Either way, ban justified IMHO.
