Depending on the angle he hit the ground at he could have been anything from severely injured to killed. That is a very large and morbid range of injuries and none of the outcomes are pleasant. and c.) You are not an doctor. I do not trust that you are adequately informed on the survival rate for toddlers falling from twenty feet.
