yeah really the only way that could happen is if he downloaded it (which if he isn't watching what he download he deserves it) or someone compromised his steam account by guessing the password which in that case he deserves it as well.

Setro's account is probably fine. There's been at least two other instances where hackers have found exploits that allow them to send messages from other people's accounts, but that's all.
