try converting it to a different type of file with an online tool; that's what i do when it gives me trouble

I converted it from PNG to JPG and it still won't work

same problem here, says it's too big when it's like a 78 kb png

try .gif next; make sure it's still 75x75

now it worked but it's all compressed and stuff, what the forget?

Right click, save image as, then upload the file you saved.
It's only 8KB, so it should work.
