English

currently learning German

I know a bit of French

Maltese is my native language
English
I'm "learning" Italian, can understand a bunch of sentences but I can't really make correct, complex sentences, also I hate it along with Spanish

I want to learn Russian and German (there are others like Finnish or Japanese but those two are at the top)
I went to some summer German course some time ago but it was short and I can't remember much

Sometimes I can understand fragments from languages (for example Arabic) simply because of similar words from the Maltese(Semitic/Romance) and English(Germanic) language families, this is mostly how I can understand Italian since Maltese is a mixture of Arabic, Italian and English

Maltese can be pretty similar to Arabic for example there's a neighbourhood in Dubai called "Al Jaddaf" which means "The Rower", it sounds pretty similar to the Maltese translation, "Il-Qaddief"

I can read Russian and speak it but when others talk in it I get confused, English, Some French, Some Spanish, And some German.
