I'm paying almost 50$ a month for 20Mbps download and 2Mbps upload. My download speed 80% of the time is at 7Mbps and 1Mbps. I'm wired directly to my router and I even got a new replacement modem because the old one I used (Which is better than the one I have now) was incredibly old. I can't tell for stuff whats going on. I've called them before about the issue and they said there is no problem on their end. So its either someone has the password and is on my connection torrenting research, Or they're lying through their teeth.

Discuss stuffty internet service providers.
Unless you have Google Fiber.

EDIT: Decided to look up customer ratings for Time Warner Cable.
They have the stufftiest reviews ever on all possible rating sites.

They should extend Google Fiber to Florida.
There's not many good internet service providers in central Florida.
Also with a high population, They'd surely please a lot of people.

EDIT: Apparently there's a Comcast nearby where I live.
They have a plan for 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload... For 50$.
I'm gonna talk to my parents about switching to Comcast because clearly Time Warner Cable is a scam.

Lol, we pay €45 for 150Mb/s download, 10Mb/s upload and unlimited bandwith (but if we reach 250GB it gets slower.)

Yeah we have TWC right now and it's complete garbage. They keep raising our rates on us so outrageously high we dropped phone and got an Ooma. When lightning struck our house they gave us this 2-in-1 router/modem thing and the installer guy was like "yeah no router needed just plug it in and go!" so we're like okay then.

Little did we loving know we had to PAY to use the router function of the router/modem. Not to mention even with the router on that arris garbage is like the worst stuff ever. Keeps rebooting to do "updates" and it's so slow it makes old routers look fast.

We pay $43.15 a month for 40 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up with unlimited bandwidth and live in the middle of nowhere. Never had any complaints about it.

My internet is free with rent. I get something like 180 down and 160 up, average.
