there's a reason why there's a filter: it's to prevent you from getting distracted and not doing work.

why are you calling it bullstuff when you're supposed to do work with the school internet like research stuff. that's like the only use for a school network. if you want to watch films, watch it on your phone or something.

My schools block used to be really restrictive, couldn't do multiplayer stuff, couldn't used imgur and stuff, they even blocked the forums at one point, but this year its been pretty free.

Tor is used for web anonymity. It doesn't stop proxies from blocking access to various sites.
