I think this should be a open-answer topic like "What would you do if you were an admin" or something.

Personally I'd remodel the forums, getting rid of parts of it that are no longer needed or obsolete or add/enhance certain ones like the Add-On section. Though I don't code, so realistically I would just ban people.
