Why are you uploading music that isn't yours? Seems like a stuffty thing to do; I'm sure you have good intentions by "promoting" them, but it seems more like plagiarism.

It's not hurting anybody. He's not making money off of it to my knowledge, and nobody is crediting him for the music
as long as he gives credit where it's due it's fine in my opinion

The background looks a tad too bland (looking at other videos gonna guess there's gonna be a image there) and the spectrum thing should "jump" up a bit higher, also, I dunno, but the whole placement of the it just seems bit weird to me. Maybe have it on the ring in logo?
