Spycrabbing is actually sort of like gambling in TF2. You can play with the  spy and there is a small chance of you preforming a special taunt that makes you look like a spycrab. The two will place bets and the first to reach 3 spycrab taunt loses and has to give the opponent his biddings. (Other methods to doing this)

Frankly, I find it very stupid and a way to lose a lot of valuables in no time.
