Whatever fits your budget. Chances are this will be windows, but if you've got a couple thousand dollars to blow and don't want to build your own computer, Mac works too.

Get an iMac
I have one (its not connecting to internet cause its brand new)
27 inch brand new iMac.
Works fine other than internet (its my router, I'm on my Macbook rn at Starbucks lol..)
Yeah, get an iMac or Macbook with OSX Yosemite.
