Author Topic: Did anyone just watch The Legend of Korra series finale?  (Read 1652 times)

I don't even know, did anyone else watch it? I need someone to talk to about it since I don't really know anybody who watches it. That was just so good.

also korrasami is canon, forget you, we win.

Wait, it's over?
I wasn't playing attention. I was only up to reunion.
As soon as I finish it, I'll talk about it.

Two colored women live happily ever after. Amazing ending

Just watched it. I'm pretty satisfied, I'm not a critic though so I don't have much else to say about it.

it was a great ending, but i'm kind of sad the avatar series probably isnt going to be continued
if it is continued, though, i just hope it's before aang

Actually, I was kinda hoping for a season that is just random 'fill the gap' stories that fills in the random misadventures of underrated characters from both the original series and from Korra.

I'm sure this won't happen, though.

I wouldn't really mind maybe an animated version of the comics that have come out like The Search and all of that. It might be kind of weird though since all the voice actors from the Original Team Avatar have all hit puberty by now

Damn that was pretty darn good.  Imo, they topped all the other LoK seasons in this one, and I'm glad that this was no disappointment.  As a hardcore Avatar fan, the feels were priceless.

There were several manga series published that follow the ATLA lore after the ATLA timeline.  They're done by the same people, but they're not as good as the original ATLA.  However you, do get to hear about what happens with Zuko's mom.  If you're a fan of the Avatar series, I recommend it.

My reason for saying this is that there could be a possibility of manga following the LoK timeline, something that I hope will happen very badly.

Me too! I need more Korrasami in my life

My friend loves this show, he's doing a marathon of all the episodes over Christmas break. I'll ask him how it is.

the legend of korra wasn't even as proportionally great as the last airbender. maybe i am just inept at taking in new things. from what i got out of the story, its just a water bending avatar who does lots of illegal stuff in the city and chased around by bad guys.

That sums up only the first season, and it wasn't spectacular in my opinion. The following three go to different locations and are much better.
The second season explores the origin of the Avatar, if you're interested.

Everything wrapped up nicely. I thought for sure they'd try to push for Korra and Mako in the end. I'm surprised, and kind of glad, a different ship sailed.  On the subject of children, I can't help but wonder if they will die childless, adopt children or involve Mako.

Worst lesbian ending ever

Great ending in my opinion.
