google sketchup

or roblox

unreal engine
or if you know c++ you can use idtech4 (outdated but still a good engine. and it's free) or tesseract (poorly documented, but had a good wysiwyg map editor)

the one that you can put fake cars on



use Unreal engine instead of those. Unity is better than clickteam in my opinion though.


Unity is good for learning and quickly prototyping, but it's poor for professional development.

If you're not a hobbyist and you're serious, invest in Unreal 4 when you can.

Torque3D is actually not bad. Especially considering it's free and open-source now.

JMonkey or another open source one.


Whatever you want. One's choice of engine / framework is mostly preference dependent.
