Post your interesting tales.

I got one that happened just today.

So I was playing Destiny today (a mmofps) and I am currently a Level 25 hunter. I decided to finally take on one of the game's more difficult challenges. The challenge? The infamous Vault of Glass raid. So I formed a fireteam with a couple of british people, and we went in with a 5 man team. In order to open the vault you need to raise a spire thing by defending 3 sync plates (small little zone things) from waves of enemies. We got forgeted up a few times and if you arent controlling the plate, the spire disappears and you need to start it again.

After multiple fails we realized that we needed a 6th person. We went back to orbit, got him and went back again. It was far easier on us this time and we went into the Vault. We fought through the templar's waves of defenders and finally got to fighting him. The biggest danger in the fight is the templar's oracles. Every so often he'd summon them and we'd have to focus our fire on them. The problem was we weren't preventing his teleports, so it took forever to get him down to low health. After 10 minutes, he becomes enraged and spams oracles. The oracles can mark you with some sort of spell, and whenever the templar felt like it, he'd do an attack that killed everyone that was marked. After 9-10 deaths to the templar, we finally managed to kill him.

Then came the fun part. The Gorgon's labyrinth. It's basically a maze with a bunch of gorgons which could kill everyone by looking at anyone that happened to wander into its gaze. And once it spots you, the entire team dies and has to restart from the beginning of the maze. And because nobody had played it before, we were aimlessly spelunking until someone decided to google how to get through it. Even then there was always someone that would conveniently piss off the gorgons. After that we proceeded through the disappearing platforms and some guy left blah blah so we got someone else to join. The guy couldn't hear us due to some stupid nat type error so we sat for nearly an hour trying to fix it. Finally, we beat the gatekeeper and then atheon.

i was playing titanfall a couple days ago
ejected from my titan and killed two others with my nuclear ejection
landed on another
and killed it
forget yeah

one time I was playing Halo
i was like 2 years old
i killed someone
friendly
forget yeah

I was playing portal 2 co op with one of my friends and one of the floor buttons stayed activated when no one was standing on it. It made the level a lot easier

Rockinboy2000, Legoboss, SqartleTurtle, and I were playing Arma: Cold War Assault (Probably the worst, most buggy game I've ever played; and the most fun) with some zombie mod (Much like DayZ except buggy as forget). Lego had adjusted the settings such that there was a skeleton whose difficulty setting was at the maximum (only one skeleton per map, though).

We were approaching a military base when we saw the skeleton coming toward us from over the hill. As you know, superfast modded entities in most cases play the running animation at normal speed while running at supersonic speeds. The problem was that unlike normal, this skeleton was crawling at hypersonic speeds. We all retreated into a hut, where the skeleton proceeded to consume Rockinboy through the wall of the building. It then broke both of Squartle's legs, leaving Lego no choice but to put him out of his misery using a chainsaw. The skeleton then found its way into the building and murdered both me and Lego, marking the brutal end of our party.

The second incident involved a helicopter. Our party was flying across the map in a sizable helicopter, and I was told that I could enter third person by pressing numpad enter (I was relatively new to the game at this time.) I accidentally pressed the regular enter key, ejecting me from the vehicle. After some hysteria, I realized that I was equipped with a parachute, and was able to descend safely. About halfway through my descent I spotted an entity approaching from a nearby hill. It was the skeleton, running at hypersonic speed toward the helicopter. After reaching a point about at a 45 degree angle to the vehicle, the skeleton stopped running, and looked up toward the vehicle. The helicopter's engine instantly exploded. The three who were still in the vehicle spiraled down to the ground and died violently in the crash, and I proceeded to run the forget away from there, only to be killed by the skeleton several seconds later after it had finished off its first three victims.
