Need help with changing avatar on forums

So, everytime i try to change my avatar, when i click Save Settings, it refreshes the page, and my avatar isnt loaded. I dont know if its not cropped right, or its just not working. I've tried it on my laptop and PC and neither of them are working. I've tried it exactly 3 times on both computers. I'd like some help.

Also, the file size is 573.8 KB, and the width is 306 pixels, height is 480 pixels.

Make it 75x75 pixels in width and height.
Also, before you do, i suggest you crop it to a perfect square, then resize.
Also, the file needs to be wayy smaller.

Okay thanks, ill resize it in paint.net then try :P

And for some reason, in paint.net it says its 573.8 KB but in windows explorer it says its 32.5 KB.

I'd trust windows explorer if i were you.
Just post the original image here and I'm sure me, or someone, will tweak it for you.
