'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the site
Most creatures were stirring, even Plaz with his plight;
The posts were typed in the topic with care,
In hopes that somebody would notice it there;
The forums was all fine, in this part of the net;
While others less fortunate couldn't access it yet;
And Badspot in his glory, and Rotondo also fair,
Had no need to stress and ban here and there,
When out in Drama there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from my Profile to see what was the matter.
Away to the thread I flew like a flash,
To type up a good post and verbally kick ass.
Amidst the confusion a moron did fight,
Try as he may he just wasn't right,
When what to my wondering eyes did appear,
an intelligent poster that was much needed here,
With an avatar so familiar it was all to great,
It was Destroyer with his posts fairly set straight!
More rapid than bullets his posts they came,
pummeling the Moron which just made him look lame:
As we looked on at the defeated poor guy,
We'll now shift our focus to the next subforum in the sky;
So up the list the users they flew
to OffTopic they went, and Community Projects too—
And then, in a twinkling, I heard in Games
There was a quality OP to be read and some opinionated claims.
As I typed up my posts, and was browsing around,
In my PMs a gift of a message was to be certainly found.
I was enthralled at most, my mind mostly taken,
By this messaging board that was even better than bacon;
A great deal of friends i have made to this day,
came from this forum as i typed-typed away.
These posts so fun! with colors white and blue!
Bring much pleasure to my life and i'm sure you think too!
We may not always get along i know,
But if i met most of you in real life it wouldn't even be so;
The internet brings a curtain of certain misunderstanding,
But with a little effort we can all have a good landing!
We share great moments together and if i do say,
That most of its hilarious towards the end of the day.
We laugh, we cry and cause a great deal of commotion,
Without it, this forum wouldn't even have motion;
Play safe be nice and just follow the rules
Many other places unlike this really drools;
This was loving hard to type, thinking up this stuff,
And to think you could do better you big freaking git,
I'll wreck your stuff m8 you wanna go? Lets go.
I'll haul your fat ass and throw it out in the snow;
But since this is Christmas Eve i suppose i'll be nice,
And just smack your hand so you next time think twice.
