I've actually had several of these where I've seen a old women with black hair looking directly at me, and another time a demon-ish thing was in my corner acting like a stuffed animal (don'tlovinglaugh.jpeg). And where I saw the grim reaper looking thing.

Happened to me once that I know of.  2 weeks ago.  I felt possessed and heard a surge of voices and sounds in my head, it lasted a few seconds.  I had no control at all, it was pretty scary.

Something tells me a lot of the voices were along the lines of "Unban me from your server!"

NIGHT 1 - There's a small White Thing hanging from something, it appears to me moving. I turn on the lights, it's just a White cord, why did it move?
NIGHT 2 - I am trying to sleep, yet when I look around my room, I see some creepy  stuff. If I stare at it too Long, it seems as if there is a black circle closing in on the entire Thing, and then I cant see anything. It's creepy, just not bad.
NIGHT 3 - Just finished some creepypastas for no reason, I dreaded even
 seeing it. Anyway, to the point, I'm in my bed alright? And then it just happens, my en
tire body shivers of coldness. The door slightly opens, weird
noises and stuff, what the forget kind of drug does your brain produce at night?

my brother just had sleep paralysis last night, said he was trying to scream. this is apparently the third time.

I had this once.

So I was sleeping then all of a sudden in the middle of the night I "woke up" and I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't. Then I tried to get up but my whole body was numb, I figured it was a dream so I thought in my head and I started moving it was sooooo weird. But then I "woke up" again and I COULD NOT MOVE AT ALL, and I trying to scream so hard but nothing came out. Then I saw the typical ghost girl, but I countered it by thinking of pokemon (I don't know how this works) then she went away. Terrible experience.

Well, you probably thought of a either a dark or ghost type pokemon.
