i honestly think this premium system is fine compared to other systems, but still not really the best. lions and research are awarded at a decent enough pace, and tier II (and some tier I) planes are fun enough and accessible in only about 1-3 days of gameplay. you get a decent amount of premium points to start with as well. at the very least, premium currency is not needed for progression at a decent pace (where it seems like the player is getting somewhere with the work they put in), which is the number one requirement i have for a passing free-to-play model

steam says 23 hours, i've really only played t2 of the germans (5/6 just about to unlock the 109 f-2)

maybe i'm just surprisingly satisfied with what i've got

this was the obvious first choice and boy can this thing roll


I was also surprised to see an attack plane having a roosterpit view, so sim battles should be more fun

then gets pilot sniped by some yak from half a mile away

i did pilotsnipe a 190 from 0.75 km away tho with my 109
i was perpendicular to him and everything
