Even though he may be doing it as a publicity stunt, it's best to post the information publicly.
That way his IP will get banned, and I'd have some proof to reference for his IP ban in my list.
to add to this, crashing is very annoying and a pain in the ass so dont think im shrugging this topic off as if it wasn't needed, i'm assuming you can fix it and hope he doesn't do it again?
He's attempted it before, and actually crashed the server this time.
