So I bought a $25 KA-BAR knock-off and it was made of a decent steel and was "Full tang". I owned this knife for 1 year and I had some free time today so I went chopping with it, when I was chopping a tree branch the blade snapped in two and ricocheted almost hitting my head. Take in mind I had sharpened this thing to a Razor edge, I could shave with it.
